The Role:
- To provide technical support via telephone and electronic methods to customers requiring information or support relating to the use of a diagnostic tool or diagnosis of a vehicle
- Working collaboratively with the Master Support Technicians, developing your skills and sharing knowledge
- Full job spec available on application
The Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' post apprenticeship Automotive diagnostic skills, knowledge of the diagnostic process
- Good knowledge of electrical, electronic and mechanical systems
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & Windows systems
- Problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems
- Driving licence due to rural office location (Car or CBT)
- An individual with some knowledge of computer networking would hold an advantage
