Location: Office based in Worminghall, Buckinghamshire - with potential for hybrid working option

Hours: Mon-Fri 9am - 5:30pm

Salary: Β£30-33,000 depending upon experience

An opportunity for a Vehicle Technician looking to come off the tools but still use their technical and diagnostic knowledge.

The Role:

  • To provide technical support via telephone and electronic methods to customers requiring information or support relating to the use of a diagnostic tool or diagnosis of a vehicle
  • Working collaboratively with the Master Support Technicians, developing your skills and sharing knowledge
  • Full job spec available on application

The Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' post apprenticeship Automotive diagnostic skills, knowledge of the diagnostic process
  • Good knowledge of electrical, electronic and mechanical systems
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & Windows systems
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems
  • Driving licence due to rural office location (Car or CBT)
  • An individual with some knowledge of computer networking would hold an advantage
