About the Role: Join one of London’s premier property portfolios as an Electrical Shift Leader, based in Victoria. You will lead a skilled team of electrical and multi-skilled engineers in a large corporate building, ensuring efficient and safe operation of all electrical systems.

What You’ll Do:

  • Team Supervision: Lead, mentor, and supervise your shift team, allocating tasks and ensuring timely completion of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive work. Provide guidance and on-the-job training to junior engineers.
  • Technical Responsibility: Carry out electrical maintenance, inspections, testing, and repairs on key building systems including lighting, power distribution, UPS, generators, and fire alarms. Diagnose and rectify faults, ensuring compliance with electrical regulations and company policies.
  • Shift Operations: Manage daily shift operations, monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) alarms, and respond to critical system alerts. Ensure accurate and thorough handovers between shifts.
  • Out-of-Hours Work: Participate in planned maintenance and quoted works outside of regular hours, including essential building shutdowns.
