Our client – a standout name in the drinks industry and an employer of choice – is seeking a superstar PA to support three dynamic Directors. This isn’t just another PA role. The Role:
- Full diary management for Finance Director, Head of People, Operations Director
- Agenda planning, meeting preparation and follow-up of action points post meeting
- Support people team on training admin, events and early careers programme
- Support MD’s PA with all local and international UK events
- Budget ownership & management
- Organise & facilitate Management Team meetings, including off-site events
- Coordinate training programmes for the department
This is more than admin – it’s about making things happen. You’ll be the glue that keeps everything running smoothly, while also playing a key role in planning and delivering high-energy, on-brand events that leave a lasting impression.
