You will collaborate with clients like Financial Times, The Independent, and Experian, managing experimentation roadmaps, leading a CRO team, and shaping digital experiences.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading testing strategies and CRO roadmaps for multiple clients
- Designing and evaluating tests using tools like Optimizely, VWO, Piano, or Zephr
- Analysing data with GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and Adobe Analytics
- Collaborating with developers, UX designers, and strategists
- Developing and coaching the CRO team
- Building strong client relationships as a trusted advisor
Requirements:
- 3+ years in CRO or UX optimisation, preferably agency-side
- Experience with testing platforms and data tools (GA4 is essential)
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of experimentation principles
- Excellent communication skills
