This Tax Manager role is a key leadership position in the Dublin North office, focusing on tax compliance, client advisory, and team development. Manage a portfolio of corporate and private clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all tax compliance and advisory services Review and finalise income tax, corporation tax, CGT, and CAT returns prepared by junior staff Advise clients on tax planning opportunities, restructures, and Revenue interactions Lead the implementation of process improvements and digitalisation initiatives in the tax department Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to training, development, and resource planning Your Experience CTA qualified with experience in a tax-focused role, ideally in a small – Mid Tier practice Strong technical knowledge across multiple tax heads including corporation tax, income tax, VAT, and capital taxes Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service under deadlines Skills: Tax CTA ACA
