Role – Learning and Development Manager Location – National / Hybrid Salary – £55,000 (Max) Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be exclusively supporting a Global Retail brand on the recruitment of an L&D Manager to rebuild the Learning function. This will be a standalone position to start so you will need to have the ability to complete the strategic as well as operational L&D duties. The role will report directly to the Head of people and be responsible for designing and delivering training, coaching a guiding managers, assessing training needs across different business functions, implementing new training material, harnessing internal talent and presenting pathways for development and much more. you will have/need:- ·Experience in designing and delivering training ·Strong Project management skills ·Proficient in face to face and digital learning materials ·Budget management experience ·Excellent communication and facilitation skills ·Strong background in leadership coaching ·Certification in Learning ·Flexibility to travel at short notice The head office for this role will be based on the South East Coast so you will need to be able to attend that site around once per month, the rest of the role will be national and will require travel to different sights across the UK.
