We have an exciting opportunity to work as part of the wider HR team, for the TGW Northern Europe Global Mobility team. In this role, you will work closely with the Global Mobility Manager and provide vital administrative support throughout the end-to-end mobility process, including business travel, international short—and long-term assignments, and secondments. Within this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth mobility of our employees across Northern Europe. WHAT YOU’LL BE HANDLING * Work to deliver best practice Global Mobility processes across the business. * Build trusted relationships with employees and managers. * Administration and support to Global mobility life-cycle activities. * Support with the setting up of mobility case files (TGW systems). * Pulling together document packs required for work permits, visas, and posted worker applications. * Prepare Assignment letters and other supporting documents. * Monitor the Global Mobility mailbox and assign requests accordingly. * Monitor travel requests and escalate requirements as necessary. * Ensure that all immigration information is correctly recorded and well-maintained. WHAT YOU’LL NEED * Ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders. * Handles confidential information professionally and discreetly. * Excellent communication skills – the ability to converse and present effectively to all levels and cultures within an international business. * Strong attention to detail with excellent planning and organisation skills. * Confident in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote Desirable: * Qualification in HR or similar discipline * Previous experience in Global Mobility We offer a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits package, which includes the flexibility to buy and sell holidays, a medical cashback scheme, and access to an onsite gym
