We have an exciting opportunity to join Beresfords Head Office New Business Centre team. Based at Head Office, Springfield Lyons Approach, you will be involved in a variety of tasks including:

  • Scheduling appointments
  • Obtaining new business
  • Building relationships with vendors and buyers

You will be employed on a government backed Apprenticeship Scheme and will receive ongoing work-based training whilst working towards a qualification in Level 2 Junior Estate Agency. Within the business we have fantastic career progression opportunities for future development upon completion of your apprenticeship.

Requirements:

  • Enthusiastic and driven
  • Excellent communication skills
  • IT proficient, you will be familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn quickly
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role would be desirable
  • A full UK driving license and use of a car would be beneficial as you may be required to work in other locations of our business.

Salary & Benefits:

You will be paid in line with relevant apprenticeship rate, with brilliant progression opportunities upon completion of your apprenticeship.

Hours of Work:

5 days per week – Saturday work required with a day in lieu during the week.
