Vision for Education is recruiting for an SEND Teacher to join a specialist SEND school in Crosby. This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday), starting in September 2025. The position involves working with students across Key Stages 2, 3 and 4, with a strong focus on teaching English in a supportive and well-resourced setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, individualised education to students with a range of special educational needs and disabilities. You will be expected to plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to each student’s unique learning style, ensuring that all pupils can access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
Requirements
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Primary or Secondary subject specialism ideally Maths and/or English.
- Experience working with children with a variety of SEND.
- Have previous experience within a similar specialist setting or strong transferable experience from a mainstream setting.
- Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of SEND Teachers and LSA’s.
- Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
