Role Overview
Weβre seeking a highly structured and organized individual to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of project management, programme oversight, and commercial operations. Youβll be instrumental in establishing foundational processes, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and enabling scalability across our business operations. Initially an individual contributor (IC) role, this is a high-impact position with significant room for growth into a leadership role as the team expands.
What You Will Do
- Project & Programme Management
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Define and maintain project documentation, timelines, and governance processes
- Track milestones, dependencies, and risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
- Serve as the point of contact for programme reporting and stakeholder communication
- Commercial Operations
- Design and implement commercial operations processes (e.g., deal desk, pricing workflows, contract lifecycle, pipeline hygiene)
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Product to improve visibility and efficiency across the customer lifecycle
- Establish reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring
- Ensure operational readiness for go-to-market initiatives and product launches
- Foundational Scalability
- Build and document scalable operational processes and best practices
- Select and implement tools or platforms that support project and commercial workflows
- Identify gaps and continuously improve operational efficiency and team productivity
- Contribute to change management and training as new systems/processes are introduced
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or commercial operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech-driven environment
- Proven ability to design and implement scalable operational frameworks
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com) and CRM/CPQ systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Analytical mindset with a bias toward data-driven decision-making
- Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across levels and functions
Nice to Have
- Experience in the hospitality or travel technology sectors
- Familiarity with RevOps or BizOps models
- PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications
