About you: We want people with practical experience of working in the community development field, with the ability to deliver support and advice to a wide range of audiences to maximise engagement and benefit. It is essential that you have strong interpersonal skills, as well as knowledge and understanding of providing governance advice to third sector organisations. Developing funding applications and grant monitoring and reporting processes is also essential. About Us: Gwent Association of Voluntary Organisations (GAVO) is the largest County Voluntary Council (CVC) in Wales, supported by a Board of Trustees. We deliver our services across four Local Authority areas in Gwent: Blaenau Gwent, Caerphilly, Monmouthshire, and Newport.
