Due to a recent acquisition our client is delighted to be recruiting for a 1st class Luxury fashion store manager in the beautiful town of Shaftesbury. The Store Manager is a pivotal role within this high end retail business unit directly assisting the Regional Stores Manager in the smooth administration of the Store and its overall commercial success. With this in mind, the Store Manager is required to embody the companyβs values of being highly professional, efficient, well-informed and yet personable, with strong leadership skills. Hours of work: Monday β Sunday, 37.5 hours per week. Additional hours outside these stated hours as required to meet the needs of the business. Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities β’ Leading the team at a high standard, achieving company KPIs, whilst maintaining the highest level of Customer Service. β’ Developing and coaching the Retail Store team. Including motivation using both one to ones and team briefings. β’ Prioritising personal and overall store objectives. β’ Delivering proactive and innovative ways to maximise revenues and service standards. β’ Organisation of periodic events / VIP days to promote the store. β’ Work with the Marketing team to promote the store through a variety of channels. β’ Creating weekly business reports at the request of the Regional Manager. β’ Monitoring weekly stock levels. β’ Handling customer queries. β’ Responsible for cashing up, till reconciliation and banking on a daily basis. β’ Providing bi-weekly financial reports upon the request of the Regional Manager Requirements Experience β’ Strong customer-facing experience β’ Sound experience of sales in luxury goods business β’ Strong retail management experience β’ Team management experience β’ Proven commercial success in a retail environment Skills β’ Strong leadership skills β’ Strong communication skills β interpersonal, written and presentation β’ Excellent product knowledge β’ Good commercial and numerical skills β’ IT skills β Microsoft Office, including reasonable Excel skills β’ Excellent accuracy and organisation skills β’ Initiative and strong follow through β’ Ability to deal with people from all backgrounds confidently and with respect β’ Ability to work well within a fast-moving environment INDH
