Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Minimum ILM Level 5 coaching qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience coaching individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Trusted advisor skilled in coaching, influencing, and challenging leaders and managers at all levels to foster behavioral change that delivers continuous improvement and increased value.
  • Passionate about transforming lives through coaching.
  • Desire to benefit from being self-employed while being part of a larger community.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • At least 1+ years of coaching experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to develop your business and client base.
