🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Lead and develop a team of 60–100, including four direct reports
• Drive performance and efficiency through clear KPIs and team engagement
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban)
• Manage budget and cost control across your shift
• Ensure site structure and process alignment for optimal output
• Uphold the highest standards in health & safety and quality compliance
