This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Legal Counsel to provide expert legal advice within the manufacturing & retail industry. Based in Maidenhead, this role requires a proactive approach to managing legal risks and ensuring compliance across various business operations.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Legal support to multiple companies across the EMEA region
- Reviewing, drafting, and advising on commercial contracts such as supply, distribution, and service contracts
- Work on projects related to Competition Law
- Reviewing and drafting legal documents for campaigns
- Collating billing information
- Assisting with signing and closing procedures, as well as collating signature packs and executing documents
- Involvement in business projects to cover the legal roll-out
- Conducting legal research
Profile:
- Fully qualified lawyer in the EEA or UK with a minimum of 4 years PQE experience
- Proven experience in Commercial/Contract law, ideally in an international environment
- Ability to communicate (verbal and written) clearly and effectively with business stakeholders at all levels
- German Speaking is a plus
- Hands-on mentality with a business pragmatic approach
- Pro-active team player that can also work independently and prioritise in accordance with business's needs
Job Offer:
