Electrical Tutor

Make UK is seeking skilled electrical professionals to join their team in providing essential training to the next generation of engineers. This role involves developing and delivering engineering education up to level 3, including qualifications such as Pearson BTEC National Diplomas, EAL Vocational Awards, and City and Guilds.

The position is suitable for industry professionals looking to transition into education; training will be provided. Responsibilities include developing schemes of work, lesson plans, assessments, creating course materials, delivering practical training, and assessing learner progress.

Requirements include relevant qualifications such as a Time served apprenticeship, City and Guilds (part 3), or equivalent, with a Level 3 (or higher) teaching qualification preferred. Industrial experience and good communication skills are also desirable.

Applicants must agree to an enhanced DBS check and provide satisfactory references, as the role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
