We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor with particular experience in Matrimonial and Finance work. Duties include: Dealing with complicated issues related to family finances Resolving issues in a timely matter and calling upon experts where necessary Advising on divorce, financial settlements, property division, mediation, pre-marital agreements and cohabitation agreements Drafting legal documents and conducting legal research Assisting junior members of the team The successful candidate will have/be: 2 years PQE managing your own caseload Strong working knowledge in matrimonial and finance The ability to analyse complex legal issues and provide sound legal advice The ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and negotiation skills Package: Hybrid working options If you feel you meet the above criteria, please apply online for immediate consideration.
