The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

An excellent opportunity has arisen with my client, a small but dynamic law firm based in Dover. We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor with particular experience in Matrimonial and Finance work.

Duties include:

  • Dealing with complicated issues related to family finances
  • Resolving issues in a timely manner and calling upon experts where necessary
  • Advising on divorce, financial settlements, property division, mediation, pre-marital agreements and cohabitation agreements
  • Drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
  • Assisting junior members of the team

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • 2 years PQE managing your own caseload
  • Strong working knowledge in matrimonial and finance
  • The ability to analyse complex legal issues and provide sound legal advice
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
