We are recruiting permanent a Registered Nurse to join our team at Ardlough Care Home All candidates must have a minimum of 1 years paid experience working in a similar role. KeyResponsibilities To ensure adherence to the NMC code of conduct in all areas of care & practice To ensure the well-being of all residents in maintaining the Six broad values of Privacy, Dignity, Independence, Choice, Rights, and Fulfilment To liaise with the residents family, friends, GP, Community Nurses, specialists, pharmacists, local authorities, local councils, voluntary bodies and any other associations related the care for the residents To take the lead in nursing, ensuring that the nursing and personal care of residents is maintained on a daily basis and in accordance to the individuals needs, capabilities and requirement To liaise with Home Manager and/or Deputy Manager and other senior members of the management team on any issues that might arise To actively promote and encourage as much personal independence and choice as possible in the residents daily living and activities undertaken within the home To take part in any associated training activities in order that you ascertain the skills and knowledge to carry out your role in an effective and safe manner To ensure that as much of a stimulating and attractive environment as possible is provided for the residents To put residents at the heart of all we do Benefits of working with Anns: Permanent full time hours days & nights Competitive rate of pay Quality service from managers with 24/7 support Classroom based training Free Access NI checks** Paid practical and online training Immediate interviews offered.
