Job Description:

Premier Placement Services urgently require Class 1 Tipper and Low Loader drivers for day and night work for immediate starts in Stoke.

Role and Responsibilities

• Experienced class 1 tipper and low loader drivers are required for this role.
• Transporting goods and machinery efficiently and safely, both locally and long-distance.
• Previous experience of low loader work would be required due to the nature of the work.
• Experience of using chains would be required due to the nature of some of the work.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after each trip
• Some nights out may be required during the working week.
• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of driving hours and Work Time Directive (WTD) compliance.
• Promptly report any incidents or accidents to the client.
• Keep detailed records of deliveries and pickups.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

Your Qualifications

• Hold a valid HGV Class 1 licence
• Possess a current CPC card
• Work independently and efficiently
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Have a maximum of 6 penalty points on your licence with no DR or DD offences

Working Hours and Pay

• Monday to Friday
• Night shifts and day shifts available
• Earn between £17 and £22 per hour
• Holiday pay on top.
