Engineer - Healthcare

An established healthcare manufacturer is looking to recruit an Industrialisation Engineer to support the transition of new products from design to full-scale production. This hands-on, cross-functional role offers the opportunity to work across engineering, R&D, and manufacturing functions to ensure new medical devices are delivered to market efficiently and to the highest standards. Manage all design transfer activities from concept to production Support the development and validation of manufacturing processes and equipment Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver production-ready solutions Prepare and maintain quality and technical documentation in line with regulatory requirements Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations Essential Requirements: Degree (or equivalent) in engineering or related discipline Experience in a similar manufacturing or industrialisation role Proficient in 2D/3D CAD Strong project management and problem-solving skills Full UK driving licence Desirable Experience: Working knowledge of ISO 13485 or other regulated environments Experience with automation, robotics, web handling, or polymer processing Hands-on experience in process validation and capability studies Background in sourcing and commissioning production equipment In return for a brilliant salary, bonuses, wellbeing programme, health care plan, pension, life Assurance and lots more!
