Role Overview

As Sous Chef you will play a pivotal role in our kitchen’s success. Working closely with the Head Chef, you will assist in overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring impeccable food quality.

3. Be competent in all sections of the kitchen.
4. Step up when the Head Chef is away.
