MEP BIM Manager

We’re seeking a skilled MEP BIM Manager to join a dynamic and growing building services consultancy based in Essex. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality design coordination on a range of exciting projects, supported by repeat work from longstanding clients. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the coordination and development of Revit MEP models. * Produce and manage families to BIM Level 2 standards. * Work closely with design engineers and BIM teams to ensure accurate, clash-free models. * Support ongoing improvements in BIM processes and digital delivery. What We’re Looking For: * Proven experience as a Revit MEP Coordinator within building services. * Strong working knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards and workflows. * Confident in creating and managing complex Revit families. * Able to work collaboratively in a consultancy environment. * Attention to detail and a proactive, solution-driven approach * You must have the right to live and work in the UK – sponsorship is not available for this role
