The successful candidate will ensure the accurate, efficient, and high-quality delivery of payroll processes. They will offer clear advice, guidance, and support on a variety of payroll matters, including PAYE and terms and conditions of employment, to assigned clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a designated portfolio of client accounts.
- Lead on payroll, pensions, administrative, and contractual advice and support.
- Assist in delivering a consistent, high-quality, and cost-effective support service.
- Support the delivery of efficient end-to-end HR and payroll processes.
- Assist with HMRC reconciliations and escalate issues as needed.
- Manage client invoicing on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Identify and support improvements to service delivery and systems.
- Facilitate employee BACS and third-party payments.
- Ensure accurate and timely employee payments in line with compliance requirements.
- Provide first-line support on transactional HR and payroll queries.
- Help meet performance targets and service standards.
- Support in running weekly and monthly payrolls.
