Data Migration Consultant

We’re working with a fast-growing Microsoft Partner that’s expanding its data capability. Following the recent hire of a Data Lead, the business is now looking to bring in a Data Migration Consultant to support a growing portfolio of projects across various sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid data migration experience to work within a supportive and collaborative team, where your input will shape the way data is delivered across client solutions. What You’ll Be Doing: Planning and executing end-to-end data migration projects Extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data across systems Working with clients to gather data requirements and mapping specifications Collaborating with project teams to ensure successful integration with Microsoft platforms Ensuring data quality, accuracy, and completeness across migration tasks Supporting the development of internal data practices and documentation What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in data migration, ideally in a consultancy or services-based role Solid understanding of ETL processes and data mapping techniques Strong SQL skills (writing queries, data analysis, etc.) Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, or Azure Data tools is a plus Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow with a scaling team What’s on Offer: £40,000 salary + Benefits Fully remote working (UK-based) A chance to help shape a growing data function from the ground up Ongoing training and professional development Supportive, collaborative team culture Eligibility & location: You must be a British citizen or hold Indefinite Leave to Remain and be currently based in the UK .
