Role Overview:You’ll be responsible for handling your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:
- Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently
- Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Fee Earner considered
