Support Worker - UK Driving License Essential

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Support Worker to join our team in Chantry (BN13 1QN). Chantry is a Residential Home with 6 beds. This role involves supporting individuals with daily living activities, while also requiring you to drive people we support as part of their care and routine.

Shift Pattern:

• 12-hour day shifts- 8am – 8pm
• 42 hours weekly
• Every other weekend included

Requirements:

• A full UK manual driver’s license
• Held your UK license for at least 2 years
• 25 years of age or older (for insurance purposes)
• Confident and comfortable driving – 5-seater – Automatic
• Passionate about providing high-quality care and promoting independence
• Friendly, patient, and flexible with strong communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Supporting individuals with personal care, meal preparation, and day-to-day activities
• Safely transporting service users to appointments, social activities, and outings
• Building positive relationships with those you support
• Maintaining accurate care records
