Care Team Member

AAIC is looking for someone who can assist the Care Team by supporting our buddy volunteers with case notes and liaising with the Care Team Coordinator.

The role

– Proactively represent AAIC in the community by liaising and building relationships with core support services and all affiliated organisations.

– Manage the AAIC Support team phone, handle incoming calls, and delegate appropriately.

– Provide weekly reports on Buddy’s Coreplus case note management.

– Check social media platforms daily, manage incoming enquiries, and assign the appropriate buddy based on individual needs.

Requirements

As a Care Team Member volunteer, previous experience or current study in the relevant field is preferred.
