Repair Technician

Newark on Trent Full-Time No home office possible

As a Repair Technician you will be covering a range of products and you will be expected to be passionate about the role, work to strict guidelines, hit KPI\’s, have a proactive attitude, work well within a team and be able to flex your workflow as needed.

Pay rate £13.58/hr Days, overtime paid from £20.37/hr after 6 weeks

Working hours: 4 on 4 off, day shift, hours can differ based on Department you will be working in

Temporary to Permanent

As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for: Repairing customer laptops notebooks televisions to manufacturers guidelines, adhering to targets set by the department, working together with the wider team to exceed customer expectations

You will need: Basic knowledge of common software and hardware, previous electronic experience or understanding, experience in a customer focussed environment and ability to speak to customers by phone.
