Class 2 Building Control Surveyor

London Full-Time 36000 - 60000 £ / year (est.) No home office possible

Enfield Council is recruiting a Class 2 Building Control Surveyor (temporary post) to support our Building Control team.

Requirements:

Full RICS or CABE membership.
Extensive experience inspecting buildings for Building Regulations compliance.
Familiarity with dangerous structures, demolitions, and contraventions.
Strong post-qualification experience, including deputising for the Principal Surveyor.
In-depth knowledge of Building Control legislation and procedures.

Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication, IT, and organisational skills.
Team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
Must hold a UK driving licence and have daily access to a vehicle for site visits.
