As the Principal Scientist β Bioassay Development, you will play a critical role in the development and application of in vitro potency assays for gene therapy products, particularly those involving AAV.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and qualify in vitro potency assays suitable for product release for human clinical trials.
- Lead the development, execution, training, and troubleshooting of bioassays, ensuring high standards of laboratory practices.
