Wolters Kluwer Enablon is currently hiring a EHS Software Project Manager Reporting line: he/she will report to a Project Manager Team Lead Responsibilities Manage project portfolios by establishing direction and aligning people and resources throughout the Enablon organization. Manage day-to-day implementation of enterprise software solutions, delivering on time and on budget. Operational management of the project (functional, technical, planning, and organizational aspects). Build strong relationships with clients and focus on satisfaction. Ensure proper project management processes are in use throughout the project lifecycle. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability working in a fast-paced environment. Ensure the delivery of high-quality project deliverables (including internal validation and testing). Conduct project kickoff meetings, communicating roles and expectations to ensure effective team performance. Provide work direction and leadership to moderately complex projects, including scheduling, assignment of work, and review of efforts, as well as assisting less experienced project managers. Assess variances from the project plan, gather metrics, and develop/implement changes to stay within scope, time, cost, and quality objectives. Participate in formal review with the business sponsor at project completion to confirm acceptance and satisfaction. Qualifications & Work Experience Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent. Experience: 7 to 10 years of IT and Software Implementation Experience. Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required. Proven track record in project planning, execution, control, and closure. Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills, especially in client-facing situations. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners.
