The Whole Boat Systems Engineering Team: The Whole Boat Systems Engineering Team manage the requirements and acceptance through verification and validation This is enacted through use of requirements management tools (DOORS), defining and maintaining systems engineering processes used by the project and providing technical guidance to the wider engineering teams. This role will be focussing on interface management and acceptance between systems/sub-systems. Our broad range of Systems teams cover all aspects of the products design throughout its lifecycle implementing a variety of tool and techniques tailored to support the specialist requirements of our products. From Agile methodologies to a Model Based Approach to Systems Engineering we are keen in maintaining our role as a leader in the field of Defence engineering by investing in our people.
