Are you a Maintenance Engineer with a background in carpentry, electrics or plumbing who is proficient in solving and fixing day to day problems within a country estate? Do you want to work within a small and dynamic team working in high-end Hotels, where you will receive training and progression as well as a company bonus to increase your earnings?
This well-established conglomerate owns 10+ hotels worldwide, including locations throughout London, Rome and Los Angeles. Due to the retirement of one of their current Maintenance Engineers, they are now looking to add someone new to their team in Ascot to play a key part of the business.
As part of the Engineering team, you will provide expert support across the hotel to ensure seamless 24/7 operations. This includes responding rapidly to faults and emergencies, performing routine maintenance and equipment checks, and supporting technical fault diagnosis to minimize disruption. You will liaise closely with the Housekeeping & Engineering Coordinator to prioritise tasks and update on repair progress.
This role would suit a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer with a background in Carpentry, electrics and/or plumbing looking for a flexible and dynamic role, where you will receive excellent benefits including training, progression, a company bonus and free hotel stays in luxury sites across the globe.
The Role:
- Provide engineering expertise and service across the hotel
- Participate in engineering projects and installations
- Support floor teams for fault diagnosis in technical equipment/systems
- Working within the shift rota as part of the engineering team
