We are currently seeking Production Operators to join a brand-new, cutting-edge waste-to-energy facility set to process 600,000 tonnes of black bin waste annually. With state-of-the-art technology and a strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and innovation, this is a rare opportunity to play a crucial role in the operational launch and long-term performance of a major new site.
What you'll be doing:
- Operating and coordinating production processes to ensure stable and efficient site operations
- Implementing and managing Process and Operational Safety Plans
- Monitoring operational parameters to remain within design limits
- Keeping production and material handling areas clean, tidy, and well-maintained
- Coordinating with external service providers and technical equipment partners
- Participating in improvement projects to enhance operational performance and compliance
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a factory, production, or heavy industrial environment
- A mechanical mindset and practical understanding of operating equipment
