The must haves In order to be considered, you must have the following experience; Experience working in a fast paced environment, not necessarily Retail. Experience in leading and developing teams Experience delivering first class customer experiences Experience following process and procedures Experience delivering reviews and performance management Experience working towards targets and driving success.
