Do you have a Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence?
Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm OR Monday to Friday 7am until 5pm.
Salary can range from £12.21ph up to £13.13ph.
We are looking for a driver to operate a counterbalance forklift, which involves safely transporting and organising goods in the warehouse, loading and unloading vehicles, and maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Driving and manoeuvring a counterbalance forklift to transport goods, pallets, and other materials.
- Safely loading and unloading goods from vehicles, trucks, and other transportation methods.
- Moving and storing goods in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures, including conducting pre-shift inspections of the forklift.
- Maintaining accurate records of stock movements, deliveries, and other relevant data.
- Ensuring the workplace is kept tidy and free of obstructions, including cleaning up spills and debris.
- Communicating effectively with other warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.
- Identifying and addressing any issues or problems that arise, such as equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
