Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver

Do you have a Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence?

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm OR Monday to Friday 7am until 5pm

Salary can range from £12.21ph up to £13.13ph

We are looking for a driver to operate a counterbalance forklift, which involves safely transporting and organising goods in warehouse, loading and unloading vehicles and maintaining a safe and tidy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Driving and manoeuvring a counterbalance forklift to transport goods, pallets, and other materials.

Safely loading and unloading goods from vehicles, trucks, and other transportation methods.

Moving and storing goods in designated locations within the warehouse

Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures, including conducting pre-shift inspections of the forklift.

Maintaining accurate records of stock movements, deliveries, and other relevant data.

Ensuring the workplace is kept tidy and free of obstructions, including cleaning up spills and debris.

Communicating effectively with other warehouse staff and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.

Identifying and addressing any issues or problems that arise, such as equipment malfunctions or safety concerns.
