My client is looking for a Site Manager to work at a School around the Erdington area. This is a Full-time Temporary Position to start ASAP to work on an ongoing basis and it does have the potential to become Permanent for the right candidate.
You will be expected to work the following hours on a split shift: 6.30am-11am & 3.15pm-6pm (Monday-Friday).
Candidates should have the following:
- School Caretaker/Site Manager experience in a School
- Good maintenance skills and knowledge of Compliance and Health & Safety on a school site
- Manual Handling experience
- Previous experience as a key holder as you would be required to open and lock up the school
- Relevant skills including being organised and reliable, and able to use their initiative
- Hold a current Enhanced DBS and be available to start ASAP
