Connect with your calling! Join, stay, and grow with Benchmark. We are looking for a compassionate CNA to join our team! As a Certified Nursing Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.
- Full time 11pm-7am
- Part time 11pm-7am
- Per diem on all shifts
CNA Duties & Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behaviour to appropriate staff
- Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
- Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
- Other duties as needed
Requirements
- Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
