Our Peripatetic Service is seeking to appoint 1 Support Assistant working 21.00 hours per week in Sherwood Court. This essential service operates 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, providing high-quality community care.

The successful candidate will work a 4-week rolling rota including AM shifts 07:00-14:00 and PM shifts 16:00-23:00. The position includes weekends and bank holidays.

Role Purpose

To enable service users to remain in their own homes by promoting independence and delivering quality care. To ensure individuals are treated with dignity and respect, working alongside other professionals and agencies in a person-centred way, following national guidelines and standards. This role offers invaluable skills in delivering person-centred care.

If you lack the essential qualifications, don’t worry! You will receive a comprehensive induction, full training, and funding for qualifications upon successful probation.

Salary ranges from £24,790 to £25,183 (FTE), with enhancements for weekend and bank holiday work, plus overtime opportunities. Benefits include:
