We have a new opportunity for an HR Advisor to join our HR Team based out of our Cardiff, Southampton, Reading or Oxford office. The successful candidate will have day to day responsibility for acting as a first point of contact for all employees, providing support to the HR Business Partners to ensure employee relations processes run smoothly and efficiently, and supporting HR specialist teams with firm-wide programmes and processes. We support hybrid working, typically with 3 days flexible office attendance, according to business need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary HR contact for all Business Support employees, providing advice and guidance on policy, procedure and all aspects of the employee life cycle.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert within the HR team on work experience and apprenticeships, helping to keep HR colleagues informed on best practice, thought leadership and market trends.
  • Provide meaningful analysis of people data and trends across the business.
  • Support HR Business Partners as required, for example conducting exit interviews, maternity risk assessments and interviews.
