The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established building services consultancy and they are looking for a highly capable Lead Revit / MEP Coordinator to join their Croydon office on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a hands-on role for an experienced professional who is confident leading the digital coordination of MEP services on a variety of UK projects.
You would oversee the development and coordination of Revit models, support project teams through the design and delivery process, and ensure that BIM and digital standards are upheld across all stages of the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead the production and coordination of detailed MEP Revit models in line with project requirements and industry standards.
- Ensure accurate integration of architectural and structural models for clash detection and resolution using Navisworks.
- Produce and review high-quality 2D drawings and layouts from Revit models.
- Manage and oversee the input of COBie data to meet client and project specifications.
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and external stakeholders to ensure coordinated and compliant model delivery.
- Maintain BIM execution plans, workflows, and project standards.
- Guide and support junior technicians and modellers.
