Being an EFL Teacher at PGL requires energy, confidence, and effort; but it’s never boring. Our EFL courses combine classroom English lessons, sightseeing excursions, and outdoor activities to make learning engaging. You will prepare and deliver fun lessons to our international guests, both indoors and outdoors, motivating them to improve their English skills. We provide a 3-day induction and ongoing support from an on-site Director of Studies, with pre-written programmes for you to deliver (A1-B2 level). You can incorporate your own resources that align with our ‘Can Do’ philosophy. Classes have a maximum of 15 students.
Requirements:
- Cambridge CELTA/Trinity Cert TESOL or equivalent (e.g., PGCE in English/Modern Languages, Primary PGCE leading to QTS)
- Previous teaching or training experience in a classroom setting
- Passion for teaching and character traits such as friendliness, resilience, and team spirit
