This role involves planning, coordinating, mentoring, and supporting training and assessment for apprentices in the Early Years Education sector from level 2 to level 5. You will share your knowledge and experience from the sector to ensure apprentices achieve their qualifications efficiently and effectively.
Job Responsibilities:- Assess apprentices' skills and knowledge, identify gaps, and develop tailored training plans.
- Maintain accurate records and undertake workplace observations.
- Support high-quality training delivery, including functional skills, and assess learners' progress using ePortfolio systems.
- Provide tutorial support on topics such as Prevent, British Values, safeguarding, and additional learning needs.
- Coordinate candidate progress, support portfolio completion, and facilitate assessments and reviews.
- Ensure timely achievement of qualifications, maintain documentation, and support the end-point assessment process.
- Promote equality, diversity, and safeguarding practices within the organization.

- Qualifications or experience in the subject area.
- Up-to-date industry knowledge.
- Level 2 Numeracy and Literacy qualifications.
- Experience working with employers in training or customer relations roles.

- Full driving license and willingness to travel.
Desirable criteria include:
- Assessors or IV/IQA qualifications.
- Experience in Further Education or similar environments.
- Early Years Advanced Practitioner or Management experience.
