Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Welcoming customers with a smile and being genuinely friendly
  • Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service
  • Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a Manager
  • Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and maintained according to Health & Safety standards
  • Carrying out temperature checks and recording them as per company procedures
  • Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
  • Maintaining standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
  • Adhering to restaurant performance standards and shift manager instructions
  • Contributing to the restaurant's goals and targets
  • Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer expectations
  • Reporting all work-related incidents promptly
  • Following safety procedures and wearing PPE when required
