Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Welcoming customers with a smile and being genuinely friendly
- Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a Manager
- Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and maintained according to Health & Safety standards
- Carrying out temperature checks and recording them as per company procedures
- Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Maintaining standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation
- Adhering to restaurant performance standards and shift manager instructions
- Contributing to the restaurant's goals and targets
- Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer expectations
- Reporting all work-related incidents promptly
- Following safety procedures and wearing PPE when required
