We are hiring experienced and Trainee Bus Drivers in Thurmaston, Coalville, and Hinckley! As a Bus Driver with Arriva, you will be at the heart of your community! Whether it is getting commuters to work, helping customers with popping to the shops or getting children to school - we provide an important service in connecting our customers to what matters to them. - Competitive Pay Rates
- Trainees:
- Thurmaston: £11.99 - £13.74 per hour (going up to £15.55 after 12 months + enhancements after 6pm and weekends)
- Coalville / Hinckley: £11.99 - £13.62 per hour (going up to £14.35 after 12 months + enhancements after 6pm and weekends)
- Thurmaston: £15.55 - £17.55 per hour + enhancement after 6pm
Work Hours:
- Rotating shifts, 5 out of 7 days, scheduled in advance
- 1 in 3 weekends off, with a long weekend every six weeks
- Overtime available on request
Requirements:
- Experienced Drivers: Hold a valid PCV license
- Trainees: No license needed—we provide all training!
- Have at least 6 months driving experience with no more than 6 points on your licence
- Pass a drug/alcohol test, flexible for shifts, and customer service oriented.
