Igloo are recruiting for coach builders for a new and exciting role in the Stocksbridge area. Successful candidates will be converting vehicles into emergency service vehicles.

The role:

  • Installing parts, and mod cons on a vehicle conversion project.
  • Assisting in the installations of parts as shown by our client and parts providers.
  • Removing and installing bespoke customised vehicle parts on a vehicle conversion project such as racking, bumpers and other parts.
  • Working in a fast-paced, modern, clean, well-equipped workshop.

Essential qualities and requirements:

  • Able to wire to a high standard.
  • Experienced in working from drawings.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Must hold a full category B driving license with no more than 6 points for minor offences.
  • Must have own basic tool set.
  • Must be able to work under own initiative as well as being a team player.
