At our Global Data & Analytics Hub, we operate within a product-based framework, prioritizing collaboration, innovation, and most importantly, delivery of value to our customers through impactful data products. We are committed to leveraging data and advanced analytics to drive business growth and deliver exceptional value to our customers across markets, functions, and categories. Your responsibilities: Build D&A analytical capabilities as a customer centric service delivering relevant and actionable in-sights for business challenges throughout analytics based on data science principles. Continually improve the service by integrating customer feedback and their evolving needs. Interact with business stakeholders to facilitate conversion of business need to viable data product. Managing expectations on time and quality of delivered products and PoC. Conduct a PoC and contribute to products development in PBO groups at Data Scientist capacity. Ability to contribute to multiple products simultaneously. Manage external Data Science teams to support Product Based Organization. Drive Company effort in improving efficiency by bringing advanced tools, algorithms and systems available on the market. We’re looking for someone with: Master degree in relevant sphere (Mathematics, Computer Sciences) 3+ years of experience in Data Science with proven record of successful lead of Data Science teams. Working in PMI affiliates is a plus. Programming languages: Python, SQL Other languages (R, Scala, PySpark) as a plus CI/CD principles: Software developing testing Software versioning (with Bitbucket) Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) AWS stack, Profficiency with LLM. MLOps: machine learning operations for deploying and maintaining models in production. Data Governance: Knowledge of data privacy, security, and compliance issues. Agile methodologies and a hypothesis-driven approach.
