Reed HR have partnered with an amazing and up and coming company who are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor/Trainer to join the team, delivering a range of accredited courses including NEBOSH, CITB, IOSH, and Qualsafe. This role involves working closely with clients to provide compliance support and advice, helping them to develop and maintain high standards of health and safety.
Day to day of the role:
- Delivering courses within the training prospectus across Kent, London, and external sites.
- Preparing the training room with necessary materials and ensuring it is left in a reasonable condition post-training.
- Completing all relevant paperwork and adhering to the Quality Management System.
- Providing clients with remote and on-site Health and Safety Compliance advice.
- Assisting clients in achieving various accreditations.
- Conducting site inspections and audits as required by clients.
- Completing questionnaires and assisting the General Manager with Health & Safety issues.
- Contributing to the day-to-day operations of the business and liaising with the General Manager to identify training needs.
- Undertaking any other business-related tasks as necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A NEBOSH qualification or equivalent.
- A teaching qualification such as PTLLS, EATs, or equivalent.
- Registered CITB tutor or a minimum of 2 years practical experience in construction and 2 years in management of health and safety.
