  • Provide case formulations, behavioural strategies, and risk assessments tailored to individual client needs.
  • Contribute to the overall care planning process in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Deliver staff training and reflective practice sessions to support therapeutic consistency and psychological safety across the team.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with HCPC, BPS, and local clinical governance guidelines.
  • Supervise assistant psychologists and contribute to service audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
  • Essential: Doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology (or equivalent recognised by HCPC).
  • Full HCPC registration as a Practitioner Psychologist.
  • Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience, ideally within a neuro-rehabilitation, brain injury, or inpatient mental health setting.

  • Previous experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviours or cognitive impairments following ABI/TBI.
  • Skills in clinical supervision and/or staff training.
