Black Fox Solutions are currently recruiting for an Accounts / Office Manager to join the team at a leading Architectural Practice. If you are an experienced accounts professional or office manager with a passion for accounting, this role may be for you.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing regular reports to the Directors on performance against targets and budgets.
  • Managing monthly payroll.
  • Handling calls, emails, filing, and office documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records using Sage Software.
  • Managing and tracking staff annual leave, absences, and key employee records.
  • Onboarding new team members and maintaining employee records.
  • Managing and maintaining the office Quality Assurance system to ISO 9001, including preparation of documentation for annual audits.
  • Managing credit control and following up on outstanding payments.
  • Supporting tender submissions and bid-writing.
  • Liaising with accountants in preparing year-end accounts.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning, organisation, and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in the use of Sage payroll and accounting software.
  • Experience in ISO 9001 Quality Assurance system.
